Pipe cleaner people

What you will need:

• Pipe cleaner

• Fabric

• Rubber band

Step 1:

Fold the pipe cleaner in half

Step 2:

Twist the top of the pipe cleaner a couple times this will be the head of the girl.

Step 3: You want to get another pipe cleaner and wrap it around the middle to become the girl's arms

Step 4

You want to keep wrapping the arms around the body like I'm doing here.

Step 5

Fold the fabric 4 times then cut the tip of the corner off.

Unfold it back to half

Do one cut where the arrows are pointing these are for the arm holes.

Open the fabric and put the clothes on

Use rubber bands to keep the dress on tighter.
